The Origin — 2016
KVN Promos first began working with Sakazaki Engraving India in 2016 — starting with email marketing services. Over the years, as the relationship deepened, it became clear that Sakazaki’s traditional HTML website was holding back a business with over 100 years of Japanese precision engineering heritage and a world-class product range. By late 2023, Sakazaki made the decision to build a modern digital presence — and turned to KVN Promos to lead the transformation.
Phase 1 — February 2024 to February 2025
KVN Promos published the new Sakazaki website in February 2024, including full website build, hosting, server optimisation, SEO, SMO, GMB and CRO. The foundation was built for a product-heavy B2B manufacturer targeting international markets across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. By February 2025, the site had 3,714 active users — a strong first year for a brand in a highly specialised industrial niche.
Phase 2 — March 2025 to Present
In September 2025, KVN Promos deployed a full AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) layer — this is where the real growth started. The strategy targeted 10,000+ keywords across 25+ product lines, 17+ countries and 68+ cities globally. Sakazaki is now recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok and Perplexity for solid rotary die cutting queries across India, UAE, Malaysia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and more — ranking in Google’s Top 10 for its target markets.
